Event Team Members:
Even Team Members are the people the plan the event from concept to delivery. Working on all aspects of the event planning from the funding, sponsorship, venue hire, equipment hire, licensing, entertainment, event stalls, event promotion, decoration, risk assessments and producing the set up and take down plan used by the riggers and drivers. All of this takes place at the event planning meetings.
Usually meeting every month for around two hours. This role usually results in team members being allocated a task for the event that they will need to work on between meetings reporting back at the next meeting with an update on their task. Our meetings are productive but informal and friendly.
